Meet Shelly

I’m a Southern girl, born and raised in Georgia. I love discovering dreamy destinations and enjoy a good adventure, but I also treasure quiet moments at home. I’m a bit of a geek when it comes to personal development, and do my best to live with intention and purpose.

My journey as a blogger has been quite a ride. I first started blogging way back in 2010 when I owned a social media agency. That experience led me to a role as a hotel communications director, where I continued my blogging journey.

In 2022, I decided to do something that had been long on my mind. I started my own blog. Wander & Wildflowers is a curated collection of some of my favorite travel destinations and tips for living well that have inspired me over the years. I hope they do the same for you.
